A Buyer's Guide to Finding Trustworthy Creators on Wouver
How to actually use Wouver as a buyer: reading the Trust Score, filtering Discover, and what to check before you message a creator.

Wouver's whole design starts from a buyer's real question: how do I know this creator is legitimate before I send them money or my address? Here's how to actually use the tools built for that.
Start on Discover, not a generic search
The Discover page lets you filter by category, city, and minimum Trust Score, and sort by Trust Score, newest verified, or fastest response time. If your city has a real cluster of local creators, Wouver can even lead with the ones nearest you — without hiding anyone else.

Read the badge, not just the name
Every profile shows its verification tier — Basic, Verified, Trusted, or Premium — plus its live Trust Score. A Premium badge means that creator has been through Wouver's review process and currently holds an active tier; a high Trust Score on top of that means real clients have actually rated them well.
Check the portfolio and the reviews before you message
A creator's gallery and past reviews are on their profile for a reason — they're the fastest way to confirm someone actually does the work they claim, in the style you want, at the quality you expect.
Understand what Wouver does — and doesn't — do
Wouver verifies who you're talking to. It does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, or guarantee a transaction. Once you reach out over WhatsApp, the deal — price, delivery, payment method — is between you and the creator. Treat it the way you'd treat any direct deal: agree on specifics in writing before you pay anything.
When something feels off
A profile with no reviews, an incomplete bio, and a Basic tier isn't necessarily untrustworthy — everyone starts there — but it does mean you're relying more on your own judgment than on Wouver's verification. Weigh that accordingly.
