Payment Terms
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Platform fees are clearly disclosed before transactions. Refund policies are outlined in our payment documentation.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through their settings.
Limitation of Liability
Wouver provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for disputes between users, service quality, or indirect damages arising from platform use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Cameroon. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
